Your Empowerment & Dignity is our Priority

Dedicated Care Health Services serves adults; male and female, with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability who may have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness.
Our programs are based on the values that everyone has needs and deserves to belong, to be loved, to be treated with dignity and respect, to be self-directing, and to be recognized for their inherent value as a unique person.

To provide 24 hour supervised, quality residential care in a nurturing, warm home-like setting for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We strive to promote skill development, progressive use of leisure time, community socialization and personal development to be able to live, work and be an active citizen in the community.

Our programs are based on the values that everyone has needs and deserves to belong, to be loved, to be treated with dignity and respect, to be self-directing, and to be recognized as a valued member of the community with the same inherent rights as anyone else.
Our scope of supportive services is focused on serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, as well as Pervasive Developmental Disorders, such as Autism in a safe and home-like setting.
We design therapeutic person-centered programs with the collaboration of our individual, their family members and our team of trained professionals.
Our goal is to facilitate independence and personal growth to attain one’s goals and dreams.
Our services are person-centered and address the strengths and the needs of the individual. Services are provided in a manner that emphasizes and supports the individual's health, safety, choice, self-determination, independence, and total well-being.
We also believe that diversity of opportunities, integration, participation, and satisfaction are key to a good life for the individual.

Our home is a split 2 level home. We are licensed for 4 beds. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and one shared bedroom downstairs.
The 4 residents would need to be able to ambulate stairs.
